Shipping policy

All online orders placed through Studio 101 are local pickup only.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a pickup confirmation email. Please wait for this email before coming to the salon.

Orders can be picked up at Studio 101 during regular business hours. A copy of your order confirmation email or receipt is required at pickup.

If an order is not picked up within 14 days, we will contact you to arrange pickup. Orders not collected after 30 days may be subject to cancellation or store credit.
