Refund policy
At Studio 101, we stand behind the quality of the products we carry.
If a product has a manufacturing defect (such as a faulty pump or dispenser), we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item once the issue has been confirmed.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used products, including items that have been partially used or tried and found not to be a good fit.
All sales are final unless the product is deemed defective.
If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of pickup and bring your receipt or order confirmation.
